Jose “Tatu” Gonzalez
On August 8th, 2014, 45-year-old Jose Gonzalez, nicknamed “Tatu”, was murdered on the I-91 North on-ramp in the North End of Springfield, Massachusetts. He had been shot and killed at approximately 3:00am. Jose’s white 2001 Ford Explorer pickup truck was found crashed and abandoned in West Springfield. A Nissan Pathfinder between the years of 2001 and 2007 was seen in the area the night Jose was murdered, and police feel that the driver of this vehicle is related to the murder. Dante Davis
June 21st of 2005 proved to be the day that changed the lives of many, especially for a little boy named Christopher Jr. It was just after 11pm when 21-year-old mother, Dante Davis, was shot in the head by what is believed to be a stray bullet, as she talked to her boyfriend outside their Hartford, Connecticut home. Witnesses claim they saw four men on an adjoining street, which is where the gunshot came from. Seventeen years went by and there was no movement on finding Dante’s killer. In March of 2022, 4 people were arrested in connection with Dante’s murder. They were Brandon Jones, 34, Shane Henriques, 35, Maurice Snowden, 38, and Victoria Harris, 33. The three men, Jones, Henriques and Snowden were subsequently charged with murder, while Victoria Harris was charged with tampering of evidence and perjury.
