Giovanni Gonzalez
On August 15th, 2008, 5-year-old Giovanni Gonzalez was dropped off for weekend visitation with his father, Ernesto Gonzalez Jr. in Lynn, Massachusetts. Giovanni’s mom Daisy Colon dropped him off at around 4:00pm, and this was the last time she saw her son. Daisy arrived to pick up Giovanni on Sunday and found that neither him or his belongings were at the apartment. Ernesto was arrested and police found several blood stained items inside of the apartment, but the blood was determined to not belong to Giovanni. After several months Ernesto claimed that he murdered Giovanni and disposed of his body in bags across the city, but there is no evidence of this and Daisy Colon feels as though he is lying to prevent people from searching for her son. At the time of his disappearance Giovanni was 4’1 and weighed 40 pounds. He is Hispanic with brown hair and eyes and he was last seen wearing blue jeans, a red t-shirt, and black sandals with Spider-man on them. He has a small scar above his right eyebrow, a small birthmark on the inside of his left ankle, and a faded pigmentation mark on the lower right side of his chest. Anyone with any information on the disappearance of Giovanni Gonzalez is asked to please call the Lynn Police Department at (781) 595-2000.
